• Full Programme Management of the Aston Martin Apprenticeship Programme.

This bespoke apprenticeship programme was developed in 2004. The concept was to provide a specialist programme to support the growing Aston Martin brand. The focus was to develop a new type of technician who was able to understand the new and old technology and have a total commitment to the Aston Martin brand.

This involved the delivery of special projects placing apprentices in key areas across the Aston Martin production facility. During the apprenticeship, apprentices enjoy experience in production and customer service areas and gain a real passion for this exciting product. At the end of the programme all apprentices who successfully complete the programme are acknowledged at the annual apprentice awards.
